We’re Dave and Ray, an acoustic duo from Rhode Island playing all your favorites from the 50s through the 90s across a variety of genres. We specialize in the familiar tunes and warm harmonies that make you want to tap your toes and clap along.

I’m Ray Athaide.

I’m a singer-songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist with a passion for great music. You might know me from my work with the Christian rock band Four Across. I also love diving into solo projects—like my EP of original tunes recorded at Shady Valley Studios—that let me share a bit of my heart and soul.

and I’m Dave Steets.

I bring the percussion, flute and my bag of tricks and I’m the other half of the vocals in our songs. Having jammed with many local acts, and being a part of The Go-To Guys and Winging It, I bring my experience and  genuine love for music to every performance.

Together, we create a lively, heartfelt musical experience that pays tribute to the classics while sharing our own unique style. We hope you can see us live!
